Flood of 1954 - Russian DUKWs provide mobility in the flood-striken areas
(These DUWKs - 2.5-ton, six-wheel amphibious trucks designed for amphibious operations -
were probably among hundreds of thousands of trucks and other vehicles provided by the US
to the armies of England, Russia, France and Nationalist China under the
WWII "Lend Lease" program.)
